You're not the only one that needs help.
We love giving fantasy football start sit advice. Since week 1 we have been giving start sit help to our readers and to be honest it has been fun and fulfilling. In week 6 we have over 200 start’em sit’em question and answers. Not all of our start/sit tips work out for the best but hey no one can predict the future, especially when it comes to the NFL and fantasy football. So bookmark this page and come here anytime to ask for help with your fantasy football team. I don’t care if it’s week 7, week 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 we will be here to help you!
Some simple things we ask of you here in our start sit question and answer forum.
- Do not list your entire roster and ask us who to start or sit. We can’t help you if you don’t first help yourself. Please limit the question to one or two positions.
- Ask your start sit question in this format: Player name, opponent and point configuration. An example: Should I start Aaron Rogers versus the Bears or Brady versus Detroit? Standard scoring. Another Example: Should I start Welker versus Baltimore or Fitz versus Seattle? PPR scoring. Try to keep the start sit question clear and to the point. It also helps to list your players opponent and your scoring format.
- Start or sit questions and answers can be answered by anyone here so if you have the clear path to the correct answer please speak up and post your comment!
- If you ask a start sit or trade advice question please help spread the word about top fantasy football. Post a link to us in your fantasy football forum or league message board. The more we grow the better we can service you.

Don't drop Coffee as the rookie should be a RB2 used extensively during fantasy playoff weeks to rest Gore for next season. He might even start in week 7 if Gore isn't fully ready. When A Gonzalez returns, likely week 8, forget about Collie and Garcon. Choice should be getting half of the carriers, since Barber will be slowed for 10 weeks and lacks ability to burst a long play now. They were sorry to overplay him last week and see this, so Choice is a far better option at flex then Olsen who lacks athletic agility to leap up high and make great grabs and focuses on their vertical passing game at TE.
I have to disagree with this one. Choice will no doubt see more playing time as he has earned it, but he is still only good for 15 to 18 carries a game and Barber is still number one inside the 10 which is important for Standard leagues; they won't just simply cut down Barber's workload considering he is the number one guy by performance AND contract. The Bears have already commited to getting Olsen the ball more, and offensive coordinator Ron Turner was quoted as saying 'he could be our top reciever by the end of the year."
Atlanta is ranked 11th against the run and ranked 18th against WR1 18th against WR2 and 11th against WR3 and other; the Cowboys are looking to pass in this one.
Should I start Choice as a flex against ATL, or start Olsen against CIN instead? (standard scoring)… Thanks!
Miles Austin and Austin Collie are both available in my league, should I dump Coffee for one of them? I am already pretty good with receivers: Andre Johnson, Fitz and just picked up Crabtree. I am not too good on running backs though. Marshawn Lynch, Coffee, W. McGahee and Hightower. Would anybody recommend pick ups that may still be out there, Like Ricky Williams? Thanks for your help
I would definitly pick up Austin. Last year he was killing in Fantasy before being relegated to the bench. This year he usurped the 3 WR spot away from Crayton so he is obvisouly moving forward in a big way.
but you are right i dont know what im thinkin, i want to beat this guy so bad you have no idea, thanks for the advice guys
man Royal is going off tonight. Does your league pay off punt return yards? I'm pulling for you man! RUN LT RUN!!
joeizgodtou – posted the below questions right as I was deleting all the old start sit questions and answers. – so here he Joe's question along with my start sit answer.
"GUYS QUICK!! I have an emergency pick! Like an idiot i sat ray rice yesterday and started LT in my flex spot. Now Im losing by 18 points. I have Eddie Royal i can put in place of him. Should I keep LT in that flex spot or put in Eddie Royal? Im thinking I should take out LT and put in Eddie Royal, what do you guys think?"
I say start LT as he could pull off 2 TD's – as a RB he will touch the ball more and have more opportunities to make it happen for you!
Royal is a good start but I don't think he stands a chance to get you 18 points, not with Brandon Marshall getting all the TD love and the Bronco's top rated rushing attack getting plenty of goal line work.
I can't remember what I originally told you, but I agree with Kurt, out of the two L.T. has a better chance of giving you 18 points than Royal.
last week he posted 19 points in my league
Sorry I didn't see your response Ray or I would have added it =)
Colston and Rice over a warm Garlic Sauce :)
Save Ochocinco for another rainy day…especially since he was dealing with a mysterious knee injury this week that nobody seems to know much about.
